For God-fearing individuals, we know that we have to forgive others. Even though we do not want to, we should. Because it’s implausible not to make mistakes. At some point, we are bound to commit them. And the one saving grace we want is the forgiveness we ask from The Lord and from the person/s we harmed.
But the dilemma is not whether or not we’ll forgive the person. It is if we’ll give the person another chance. Yes, forgiving and giving a chance is totally different from each other.
In some cases, we forgive and give another chance. Especially if the person admitted his/her fault (first) and asked for forgiveness. Repentance can be felt. But there are some cases we forgive but not give another chance. There are so many explanations why, but the best is that we don’t want others to abuse our kindness. Just because people can forgive doesn’t mean we can commit mistakes frantically.
I hope this is clear. I hope we can learn things we need to learn.
No, you’re not a take a bow.
You’re not even an irreplaceable.
You are a foolish.
